Power and Associates and founder and CEO of Ann Arbor, Michigan-based Providata Inc. Upham began his twenty-sevenx year career at Ford Motor Company and subsequently held senior corporate marketing and communications posts at TRW Automotive, Kelsey-Hayes and Takata Corporation.
Upham earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Eastern Michigan University and completed graduate studies from Pennsylvania State University and the Foundations of Corporate Communications Executive Education program at Erasmus University – Rotterdam (Netherlands).

Located in Gulfport, Mississippi, Upham is the Chief Business Administration Officer of Valient Market Research. Prior to joining Valient, Upham was Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Business Strategy and Operating Systems for Paragon Industries in Morgan City, Louisiana, Senior Business Consultant with IPA Business Consulting, and held senior executive positions with Kyocera Mita America, Okidata, DataQuest, Wang Laboratories, Xerox & Eastman Kodak during his career.
Upham earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and an Associates Degree in Industrial Drafting from Lansing Community College.
